Documents Requirements for ADT-1 Filing (Auditor's Appointment)
Board Resolutions, Auditors Appointment Letter and Auditor's Acceptance Letter with a certificate that he/she is not disqualified to be appointed as an Auditor.
Some Important points to note here
Form ADT-1 must be filed with the registrar of companies within 15 days from the date of appointment of the Auditor. Example, if the company’s AGM was held on 30 September 2018, then Form ADT 1 has to be filed by 15 October 2018.
Appointment of First Auditor Should be within 30 days from the date of incorporation.
PENALTIES : Delay Upto 30 - 2 times of normal fee | More than 30 to 60 - 4 times of normal fee | More than 60 to 90 - 6 times of normal fee | More than 90 to 180 - 10 times of normal fee | More than 180 - 12 times.
