applicants & licensees under Foreign Manufacturers Certification Scheme (FMCS) shall be same as applicable to domestic manufacturers

LICENSEE B-1 Annual Licence fee ?1000/- B-2 Renewal application fee (Non-refundable)? 1000/- B-3 Marking fee As applicable B-4 Special Visit Charges ? 7000/- per man-day B-5 Processing Charges for Inclusion of new varieties ? 5000/- per variety or, where grouping guidelines are available, per group of varieties. B-6 Design & Drawing approval for LPG Cylinders, valves, ? 5000/- regulators etc. and other products where design &drawing approval is sought from BIS (for each approval) B-7 Testing charges, where required As applicable B-8 Issue of Duplicate Licence ? 1000/- B-9 Counter Sample Testing & Witnessing Charges (applicant/licensee) (i) Charges for testing of counter sample: Twice the rates charged for normal testing (ii) Charges for witnessing testing of counter sample:? 10000.00 + Travel, boarding & lodging for BIS official where outstation travel is required to be made.
