Guidelines for Change of “Registered e-mail” or “Registered Mobile number” with IEC

• Kindly open the IEC login page at DGFT@GOV.IN
  • Enter the PAN details in IEC login page.
  • Post submission of PAN details, OTP (One time password) will sent separately on “registered email” and on “Registered mobile number”.
  • Enter any one of the two OTP's to login to change the e-mail or mobile number already registered with IEC.
• In case user lose access to both “Registered email” and “Registered mobile number” then follow the following procedure:
  • Send an Email at dgftedi@nic.inand log complaint at Contact@DGFT to secure their login credentials.
  • Kindly submit the following documents along with the email:
    • a request letter for change of email or mobile no.
    • an affidavit duly signed by authorized signatories specifying the reasons for change along with old and new email & mobile number which they wishes to change

In case, User is having ManualIEC:-

• User needs to modify their IEC by using the link http://dava.gov.in:8080/dgftiec/panSearch.js
• The System will automatically prompt to migrate your IEC to e-IEC option.
• User needs to apply for modification by following the steps mentioned below :-
  • Enter IEC Master Details
  • Complete Branch / Director Details
  • Pay fees
  • Generate Certificate

After submission and kindly ensure to take out the printout of modified IEC.The modified details will reflect on next working day on DGFT Website. The IEC can be view at DGFT site under the link “View your IEC”. 

Procedure for change In Case of e-IEC:-

• Register your request at Contact@DGFT.
• Send an Email at dgftedi@nic.in along with the request reference number.
• Kindly submit the following documents along with the email:
  • a request letter for change of email or mobile no.
  • an affidavit duly signed by authorized signatories specifying the reasons for change along with old and new email & mobile number which they wishes to change
• Post getting the complete documents, DGFT Technical team will change the email ID / mobile number and notify the user with the OTP to login
• User needs to apply for modification by following the steps mentioned below :-
  • Enter IEC Master Details
  • Complete Branch / Director Details
  • Pay fees
  • Generate Certificate

After submission and kindly ensure to take out the printout of modified IEC. The modified details will reflect on next working day on DGFT Website. The IEC can be view at DGFT site under the link “View your IEC”.
